The product is not recommended for brick, non-painted cement surfaces, textured or heavy painted spackled wall board, MDF or Porous surfaces.

Terms of Sale
Our wallpapers are intended for smooth flat walls with little to no surface texture. This is to ensure a proper bond. Applying peel and stick wallpaper on top of textured walls may trap air bubbles underneath preventing your wallpaper from adhering to your walls. Sadly, our wallpapers are not suggested for textured walls.
To help combat waste within our industry, our shop is made to order. As we print everything to order, we do not carry any on hand inventory. Please order enough for your wall and extra if needed to avoid colour variances between different orders. As it is common and possible to add to an existing order, we are not responsible for colour matching different orders placed at different times.
Due to the custom nature of each order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Cancellations are not accepted - please message us about any issues with your order. We urge you to triple check all dimensions on the order to ensure you purchased correctly as we cannot guarantee any changes to orders after they are placed. All purchases are custom made to your specific order. Please leave all intended notes or requests in the note to the seller section at checkout. Timberlea Interiors is not responsible for processing any returns or refunds due to incorrect measurements purchased.
In order to successfully add additional panels to an existing order, it is important that you provide your previous order number as a reference and a detailed description of the panels you are requiring in the note to seller section at checkout. Please include any other change requests within your order notes! This includes colour, size, or scale customization requests. Failure to add detailed notes will most likely result in you receiving non- refundable panels that do not continue or match where you left off.
All wallpaper orders will receive a list of instructions to help guide you during install. Please see our wallpaper instructions in our help section for better viewing. Failure to follow provided instructions will void all warranty on our wallpaper.
Wallpaper Calculator
It's essential to order the correct quantity of wallpaper you need for your wall! To make it easy, simply measure the height and width of your walls and let our wallpaper calculator do the math for you! Our calculator will help you determine the correct amount of rolls you'll need for a seamless fit!
It's suggested to add 2-3" to all sides to allow for overage. Please ensure your measurements are accurate before placing your order. Timberlea Interiors is not responsible for insufficient roll quantities due to incorrect measurements or calculations.**
What to know before ordering
1. Choose the material that works best for your space
We offer three wallpaper materials, each with its own finish and installation method.
Our Texture Peel & Stick is a commercial-grade, self-adhesive wallpaper with a linen-textured finish. Simply remove the backing and apply each panel directly to a smooth, properly painted wall.
Our Traditional Unpasted and Canvas Traditional Unpasted wallpapers are installed with wallpaper paste. Traditional Unpasted offers a lightly textured take on a traditional 8oz wallpaper, while Canvas is our heaviest commercial-grade option with a durable canvas finish (20oz).
2. Everything is printed to order
Each wallpaper panel is made just for you. Once an order has entered production, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
Small variations can occur between separate print runs, so we always recommend ordering everything needed for your project at the same time. This allows your panels to be printed together for the most consistent match.
3. Order a sample
We strongly recommend viewing a sample before placing your full order. A sample allows you to see the colour in your own lighting, feel the material, and confirm that the scale works well in your space.
Colours can also appear differently from one screen to another, so a physical sample will always give you the most accurate representation!
4. Properly prepare your walls
Our wallpaper is designed for smooth, clean walls with a properly painted and fully cured finish. For the best results, we recommend installing it on walls with little to no surface texture.
Fresh paint must be allowed to cure for the full period recommended by the paint manufacturer before wallpaper is installed. Wallpaper may not adhere properly to heavily textured walls, brick, raw drywall, or other unfinished surfaces.
Proper preparation is important to help protect your wall when the wallpaper is eventually removed.
5. Measure your wall
Begin by measuring the full width and tallest height of your wall in inches.
For Texture Peel & Stick, divide the wall width by 25 inches. For either Traditional Unpasted material, divide the wall width by 24 inches. Always round up to the next whole number to determine how many panels you need.
Choose a panel height that is at least as tall as your wall, with a little extra for trimming during installation. You can also use the wallpaper calculator within each listing to confirm the quantity needed.
Custom heights are available, and our team is always happy to double-check your measurements before you order.
How is your Wallpaper sold?
Our wallpaper is sold as individual, made-to-order panels rather than standard rolls. Each panel is printed to the height you select and installed vertically.
Our Texture Peel & Stick panels are 25" wide, while our Traditional Unpasted and Canvas Traditional Unpasted panels are 24" wide. Pricing is based on the material and panel height selected, and you can use the wallpaper calculator within each listing to determine how many panels you’ll need.
We recommend ordering all the wallpaper needed for your project at the same time so your panels are printed together for the most consistent colour match.
What are your processing times?
Craftsmanship takes time. As we make everything to order, we typically ask for 3–7 business days to create and prepare our products for shipment.
If you’re working within a specific timeline, please let us know! We offer express shipping options and will always do our best to accommodate when possible.
Please note that express upgrades are paid directly to our shipping partners and apply to transit time, beginning once your order has been dispatched.
As a small business making each order individually, processing times may vary depending on current order volume. Carrier delays and other shipping interruptions are unfortunately outside of our control. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Can I customize my wallpaper?
Customize colour by leaving us a note at checkout to indicate your colour choice! Let us know if you'd like a preview before we print! If no note is made, the original colourway will be sent! Please see the colour chart within the listing to see our available colour options or send us a specific colour code to match! Due to differing screen settings across devices, colours previewed may differ slightly from actual colours of the wallpaper.

To combat waste within our industry, our production is proudly made to order! This means each and every order is made specially for you! As we make everything to order, all sales are final. No cancellations are accepted. Timberlea Interiors accepts returns and exchanges on damaged/defective products only. If your product was damaged during transport or if it has a manufacturing defect, kindly send us a photo of the shipping box or the defective product to service@timberleaco.com.
