Is My Wall the Right Fit? 

Our wallpapers are intended for smooth, flat walls with little to no surface texture. This wall must be properly painted and cured for the recommended curing period. This painted surface is essential to ensure a damage free removal. Applying our wallpapers on top of texture can trap air bubbles and affect your wallpapers true ability to adhere to your wall. The product is not recommended for brick, non-painted cement surfaces, textured or heavy painted spackled wall board, unfinished MDF, Porous surfaces, or painted exteriors with repellant properties.

Can I Order a Sample?

Absolutely! To purchase a sample, first select the material you wish to have. Then, select the 8x10 inch option. This option is intended as a sample! Our samples are true to scale. Certain designs will include a complimentary small-scale sample, allowing you to visualize more elements within the pattern. Kindly refer to the listing for more information on pattern repeat!

If you have any custom requests, please leave us a note at checkout! This includes colour and scale requests. 

How Do I Measure for My Wall?

Please read through the slides within the listing to get an understanding on how to measure for your wall. Please see our wallpaper calculator or get in touch for more help! As we print everything to order, you want to order enough for your wall in one batch to avoid colour variances between different orders. Ordering additional rolls is common, however we are not responsible for colour matching orders placed at different times. 

Can I Customize My Wallpaper? 

A majority of our designs can be colour customized. Customize colour by leaving us a note at checkout to indicate your colour choice! If no note is made, the original colourway will be sent! Please see the colour chart attached to the listing to see available colour options or send us a colour code! Due to screen settings, please keep in mind that colours previewed might differ slightly from actual colours of the wallpaper.

Customize size by reaching out for a custom order. The options from our drop down menu are for our available lengths. Custom lengths and widths are available upon request. Please contact us for a quote. Contact us through our customization page for a custom order!

Sample Orders

Sample orders of 1-2 are sent through standard lettermail. Sample orders of 3 are tracked with Canada Post. Sample orders of 4 or more are sent with free express mail.

Premium 6 mil smooth matte removable wallpaper. Printed with green guard certified inks. VOC free. Service temperature of 20 ̊F to 120 ̊F or -6.7 ̊C to 48.9 ̊C. Easily install this wallpaper straight across with a slight overlap. This substrate is recommended for interior graphic application with strict regulations and is most commonly used for hospitals, hotels, restaurants, and airports. 

Texture Peel + Stick:

Premium 6 mil removable wallpaper with a linen texture embossed to its exterior. The texture gives off a beautiful woven effect to the wallpaper. This premium option gives our hand painted designs a stunning base, making it look like a painting on your wall. Printed with green guard certified inks. VOC free. Service temperature of 20 ̊F to 120 ̊F or -6.7 ̊C to 48.9 ̊C. Easily install this wallpaper straight across with a slight overlap. Our traditional unpasted wallpaper is a classic smooth matte finish with a warm white base. Made with FSC certified paper. Use your preferred paste and easily install this wallpaper straight across with no overlap. Printed with green guard certified inks. VOC free.

Our wallpapers are intended for smooth flat walls with little to no surface texture. This is to ensure a proper bond. Applying peel and stick wallpaper on top of textured walls may trap air bubbles underneath preventing your wallpaper from adhering to your walls. Sadly, our wallpapers are not suggested for textured walls. 

To help combat waste within our industry, our shop is made to order. As we print everything to order, we do not carry any on hand inventory. Please order enough for your wall and extra if needed to avoid colour variances between different orders. As it is common and possible to add to an existing order, we are not responsible for colour matching different orders placed at different times. 

Due to the custom nature of each order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Cancellations are not accepted - please message us about any issues with your order. We urge you to triple check all dimensions on the order to ensure you purchased correctly as we cannot guarantee any changes to orders after they are placed. All purchases are custom made to your specific order. Please leave all intended notes or requests in the note to the seller section at checkout. Timberlea Interiors is not responsible for processing any returns or refunds due to incorrect measurements purchased. 

In order to successfully add additional panels to an existing order, it is important that you provide your previous order number as a reference and a detailed description of the panels you are requiring in the note to seller section at checkout. Please include any other change requests within your order notes! This includes colour, size, or scale customization requests. Failure to add detailed notes will most likely result in you receiving non- refundable panels that do not continue or match where you left off. 

All wallpaper orders will receive a list of instructions to help guide you during install. Please see our wallpaper instructions in our help section for better viewing. Failure to follow provided instructions will void all warranty on our wallpaper.
