Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification with your order confirmation and another email notification when your order has shipped. After your order has been shipped, please see your tracking (if applicable) for updates! Shipping times will vary depending on where your item is being shipped.
As we are a small business that makes everything to order, shipping times may vary depending on current order volume. Unfortunately, delays due to high volumes of orders or shipping are outside of our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: United States
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties, customs, and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and these charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification! Depending on the order, this notification will include a tracking number you can use to track its status. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
We ship with Canada Post and Purolator. Some carriers have limitations when shipping to P.O. Boxes. For our Canadian customers, Canada Post has access to these P.O boxes. For American customers, please try to avoid shipping to P.O boxes or your package will have to be sent with USPS instead of our courier.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at service@timberleaco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
