Refund Policy

Here at Timberlea Interiors, we try to be as conscious as possible when it comes to waste! To combat waste within our industry, our production is proudly made to order! This means each and every order is made specially for you! As we make everything to order, all sales are final. Due to the nature of each order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, no cancellations are accepted.

Timberlea Interiors returns and exchanges on damaged/defective products only. If your product was damaged during transport or if it has a manufacturing defect, kindly send us a photo of the shipping box or the defective product to service@timberleaco.com. We will be happy to help you!

Returns (if applicable)

Please ensure you protect your wallpaper or item with the same shipping materials provided in your original order. We like to wrap our items with bubble wrap and paper to protect your item(s) while in transit. If your order included a tube, please send your wallpaper inside the same tube!

If your return does not arrive in its original condition, the return or exchange will be rejected. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the funds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
If no luck, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@timberleaco.com! We will be happy to look into this for you! 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange due to those reasons, please send us an email at service@timberleaco.com and we will figure out the next steps with you!

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. This includes any duties or customs that may be applicable. It's best to ask your shipping provider of all costs associated with shipping the item back to us to avoid any delays while in transit. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

TERMS OF SALE

Due to the custom nature of each order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and we do not accept cancellations. We urge you to triple check all dimensions on your order to ensure you purchased correctly as we cannot guarantee any changes to orders after they are placed. All purchases are custom made to your specific order. Timberlea Interiors is not responsible for processing any returns or refunds due to incorrect measurements purchased. 

In order to successfully add additional panels to an existing order, it is important that you provide your previous order number as a reference and a detailed description of the panels you are requiring in the note to seller section at checkout. Please include any other change requests within your order notes! This includes colour customization requests. Failure to add detailed notes will most likely result in you receiving non- refundable panels that do not continue or match where you left off.

Our panels are custom made to the supplied dimensions in each order and it is suggested to properly measure and round up your measurements to ensure full coverage.

While it is possible and common to add to an existing order, Timberlea Interiors is in no way responsible for slight colour variances between the different orders that were processed at different times.

Please read the specific listing details in regards to pattern repeat or please reach out if you have any hesitations. Some of our patterns are mural-like designs that repeat every 50-100", meaning each panel is unique and multiple panels are needed to complete the design!

Once your order is processed by Timberlea Interiors and supplied to the shipping provider, you the customer are supplied a tracking number. If packages are lost, damaged, or stolen, the responsibility remains with the shipping provider. We are happy to help you if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, but please know we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages and that this is not within our control.
